Classic Macaroni Salad
dd's favorite; from the back of the box
box of elbow noodles, cooked and drained; leftovers are OK too
mayo to taste
2 T vinegar
1 T mustard, any
1 t sugar
1 t salt
pepper to taste
1 cup sliced celery, or to taste - or just celery salt
1 cup chopped peppers, any color - or to taste
1/4 cup chopped onions - you can use shallots or red onions, too
fresh or dried herbs to taste- like dill, rosemary, parsley
You mix the above and taste. Adjust seasonings to your taste.
