I just made mine for this week - marinade with a mix of honey, ketchup and soy sauce and then bake for 20-25 mins.

Mix equal parts sesame oil, soy sauce and honey. Then add in fresh or powdered garlic, ginger /cayenne pepper to taste and a dallop of mustard. Marinade and bake or broil.

are u near a costco?? if so, buy the Yoshidos sauce. sprinkle onion/garlic powder on the fish. then put yoshidos sauce and bake.
Or, also from costco get the vidalia onion salad dressing. pour it on the fish and cover w cornflake crumbs.

Do you like salmon? Is is too fishy for you? Maybe a salmon patty from canned salmon eaten at room temp might work for you.

I second this! I make this and serve it with sesame noodles and vegetables. It's delicious!

Sounds easy and delicious. Do you bake this covered or uncovered?
