Have you or your spouse ever done on line trading, and were you successful or not,
and did you go for a course in this or not....

I work for a company that offers Forex software, and believe me, 90%of us won't trade. Most people lose money on Forex, because they are undercapitalized and overleveraged. You can't compete against a bank that's trading millions every month.

You can make little bits on money over a long period of time, but if you're already willing to go slowly, do it someplace safe, like a bank.

day trading is great - you could make big and loose big. the main thing for day trading is you have to devote a lot of your time or have someone else watching the screen. does he work besides? how does he plan to keep on eye on the screen? what kind of stocks is he looking at?

What brokerage do you recommend - not for day trading, and do you know any good stock screener/portfolio optimizer?
TIA!
