good thing I didnt make any ice cream for the milchige seudah.
There was a knock at the door a few minutes ago... and someone brought me this GORGEOUS ICE CREAM CAKE!!! (my dh was an askan this year)

And don't forget: there are those who prohibit cutting the words which are part of the decoration on SHABBAT.

But this cake is for YomTov. I don't think there is a problem with cutting letters on Yom Tov.
