Celery

what recipes do you use celery in? (the long green bunch, not root)
I used some in a veg kugel, but it only needed one stalk, what else is it good for?

You can make vegetable soup. Cream of celery soup. Use some in chicken pot pie. Eat them raw, dipped in dressing.

ants on a log- smear peanut butter and either put chocolate chips or raisins and eat Very Happy

I also put it in my chicken soup if I have some. I love celery plain the best.

sweet and sour celery and carrots (I posted a recipe around pesach time)
chop it coarsely and put int anything with beans or lentils (makes beans less gassy)
put into chicken soup
make pickles

potato salad.
cooked veggie dishes like zucchini.
all stirfry dishes.
