Woman of Israel I need your help!

I guess ive got ur attention with the subject, but do need ur help, see im making shabbos lunch this comming sat and want a new cholent recipe...something finger licking gooooooood and fantastic? DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING THAT SOUNDS LIKE THIS? CARE TO SHARE THE RECIPE PLS??

You might find this weird but my favorite cholent has no beans. We only put barley. So I put in:
-Barley
-Potatoes
-sweet potatoes
-meat and bones (especially marrow bones)
-onion cut in chunks
-a few garlic cloves
-ketchup
-soy sauce
-chicken soup mix
-onion soup mix.

Just add water and turn it on. Comes out amazing!

I usually end up making it maybe an hour or two before shabbat. I put it on high til the last minute and then I switch it to low and it stays on til Shabbat lunch.

I find that when I make it, the barley kind of disintegrates a little into the cholent (I put a lot of water and it comes out soupy, that's how we like it). When my mother in law makes it, she does it in the oven instead of the crockpot like me. Hers doesn't disintegrate really. She puts it in on Friday morning in a big glass baking dish with a double covering of foil. She leaves it on Shabbat mode until lunch.

where do you find marrow bones in israel?

I don't know why but that's what she said.
and I've nver seen them anywhere
