I don't use whole chickens and usually use 2 packs which usually have 2 bottoms each.

I only use chicken bottoms and we don't eat chicken on shabbos so I only use one chicken bottom for the soup which is only partially eaten by my kids.
We don't eat a lot so just fish and soup on Friday night is more than enough for us.

We cook one and have at least half leftover unless we have a lot of company. Chicken gets served after people have had plenty of other food to eat.

usually none, I don't care for poultry.

If I do make I make a quarter per person-ish.
