Salary Question-Full time school adminastrative secretary

I am a full time worker, I work from 10am to 5:15 am 4 times a week+Friday. I am a adminastrative school secretary for the third year. How much money do you think I should earn monthly? AnNybody in the same position I'm in? I'd also like to now about raises? How do I go about that and how much can I ask for?

I am really interested in hearing responses to this. I want to know if I was right when I told my boss ten years ago that others in my position, which was that of OP's, were earning much more than I.

Just keep in mind that people in the corporate world are not really seeing salary increases yet - many companies put hiring and salary freezes in place when the economy tanked. Don't be surprised if your request is denied.
