I have some rhubarb that I planned to make into a compote for shabbos, but didn't manage to get to it, now its monday and I need to use it up.
I'd like to make something that I can freeze to serve as dessert for another shabbos.
I was thinking rhubarb crisp or something similar
any ideas/tips/suggestions TIA
