Do any Chassidishe people eat that Hechsher? How does it compare to other Hechsherim?

What brand? I'm almost positive, that CHK is usually an additional hechsher, not the only one.

Crown Heights Kosher is a chassidishe shchita. Maybe others don't agree with my definition of "chassidishe", but I'm Lubavitch and I wouldn't buy meat with any other hashgacha/shchita (without the CHK, I mean). Some Chassidishe people (meaning Chassidishe people who aren't Lubavitch, in this case) will eat anything glatt, some will only eat one or two types, so I am not sure what that will tell you. To me, this is the best hashgacha a food or meat could have, but I don't know if that means anything to you. Smile

beis yosef is a sephardi hashgocho, and I have been told extremely stringent at that. and CHK is lubavitch. so if you feel comfortable with those two, then you have a very fine supper at hand.

we mostly use the yekke hechsher (KAJ) cuz we are yekke, and we also trust a few others like Vineland. but sefardic hechsherim are known to be very strict. they dont mess around with kashrus. I believe they are very trustworthy.

Bait Yosef is not a hechsher. It's a standard. It's a stricter glatt.

Right. Beit Yosef is the standard in which they slaughter the animal.

In Israel I don't think the really frum/yeshivish sefardim will even eat it.

Bet Yosef is not possible for veal or chicken. The Part that they are careful about does not develop till the cow has reached maturity. Poultry doesn't have an issue, and other animals, such as buffalo and deer, are not readily available usually, I have never seen these items in Bet Yosef, I am not even sure if it can be done.

You are wrong.

Deer, Buffalo, Bison, veal etc are ALWAYS Beit Yosef even without a hescher. Beit yosef has to do with checking the lungs NOT how it is schected. And these animals if there is even a small issue with the lunges they throw them out automaticaly or they don't develop the same issues that cows do.

For something to be glat it had to have no abrasions on the lounges... but if it had CLEAR abrasions that can be pulled apart by the fingers then its okay. For beit Yosef even clear ones are not okay. For something like hebrew national any abrasion is okay but it can't make a hole in the lounges... they fill them with air and put them in a tank of water and see if any bubbles come out... if none are seen its "kosher" but not "glat"

I know there are a few other things but that is the main thing. The reason some people have an issue with beit Yosef in Israel is I know there are one or two things that Beit Yosef call kosher that Glat calles traif BUT every reputable Beit yosef manufacture everwhere makes sure their meat is both Glat and Beit Yosef.
