Anyone know of a gas relief med that is okay for Pesach?

I usually use over the counter CharcoCaps, but I am not sure if that is good for Pesach.
Does anyone know which brands / products are good?
I would appreciate any help.

While best prepared right before you need it, you will have to make this ahead of time for yontiff or Shabbos.

Get some FRESH ginger root, peel it and grate it. Put it in a pot and pour "almost" boiling water over it and let it sit for at least an hour. Strain it and store it in the refrigerator. It works best if you can heat it up before you drink it, but it works at room temp, too. If you drink it too cold you'll just get more gas pains.

Hot ginger tea is really good for bringing your period in on time and helping out with light cramps, too. It helps the blood flow to all of your stomach/abdominal areas.
