Chocolate chip cookie pie (can be made individual size) with a scoop of ice cream.
Can be made individual size, and can be served warm with ice cream.

| I would take the mousse one step further and make choc cake, cut it out with the rim of the cup ur using and layer the cake w mousse and whip cream on top.

Another vote for choc mousse. If you want to make it fancier, you can make it two-layered with choc mousse on the bottom and raspberry jello on the top. Top with chopped strawberries.
Can you buy pre-taked mini tart-shells? You can make fruit tarts/choc tarts/lemon tarts.

I like this idea, personally. you can make it a runny chip cookie by sticking it in the oven five minutes before serving so the cookie is soft and chocolate chips are runny. Don't overbake to begin with. After you top with ice cream you can put chocolate syrup on top (a little) to make it look fancier.

You've reminded me of a great idea I saw recently! Put a layer of chocolate chip cookie dough in a muffin cup, top with a spoonful of liquid marble, then top with another layer of chocolate chip cookie dough. The liquid marble stays liquidy for a "runny chocolate" center.
As was said before, don't overbake, then reheat just before serving with a scoop of ice cream.
This looks and tastes fabulous. And it's not such a terrible patchka. Especially since it can be prepared in advance.

Liquid marble is a liquidy chocolate filling that doesn't harden like regular chocolate. It's usually sold near baking specialty items like sprinkles, fillings, etc. I think Dependable Foods makes it.
