| What is the best way to share and edit microsoft word documents online. Till now we have been emailing back and forth but it would be easier if the document could be stored online that we could all edit and the changes saved and then everyone has only the most updated version. Tried google doc's but it changes the formatting.

| Tried uploading it to google docs but the file is to large at 4MB. This document is highly formatted with pictures.

| Download Dropbox (free 2 GB) - https://www.dropbox.com/referrals/NTg2ODkzNjk (that link will give you and me extra space) - as you make changes, it will automatically update online. Just make a folder in your dropbox, and click on "share this folder" to send your friend a link to it too. She will download dropbox also, and that folder will always stay synchronized between both of your computers.
