The store around me stopped carrying heimische brand raisins and the only one I can find is Raisin Maid with triangle-K P. Do people use this? For pesach?

During the year, many people will use Sun Maid with that hechsher. You must ask your rav which Triangle-K products he considers acceptable.
Can't speak to Pesach.

In general triangle-k is a questionable hechsher but I know people do eat fruit with that hechsher. After all, it's fruit.
