Only purple cabbage salad ASAP

I only have purple cabbage and I need a salad ASAP- any ideas.

dressing:

3 heaping tablespoons mayo
2 tablespoons sugar
1.5 tablespoons vinegar

salt
pepper

if you have, toasted sesame seeds and almond slivers, cut up scallions

I do purple cabbage, a little bit of mayonnaise, slivered almonds- roasted, and a little bit of sugar.

Purple cabbage, some olive oil (some people used toasted sesame oil), balsamic vinegar, sea salt, soy sauce, sesame seeds.

You can use the purple cabbage to make regular coleslaw. You can add raisins or chopped apples, as well as almonds.
Or I like just shredding them very finely, and dress simply with salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice. (Chopped parsley optional). This needs to marinate for at least 1hr.

I found an avo too and I made a mayo-lemon juice- sugar dressing.
