Does anyone know all the words to the song something with the king was so angry he said to his men...take her away I dont want her shes mean...another part is she had so many pimples a hundred at least.... thanks a ton!

King Achashveirosh made a big feast, he told his wife vashti to come. She had many pimples 100 at least, she said I cant join in your fun. The king was so angry he said to his guards, take her, I dont want her shes mean. From all of the maidens that Shushan did have, Esther became his new queen.

We put on this play in 2nd grade and I remember most of it-
King achashverosh made a big feast

A man who worked in my stable
To act so mean to a royal queen?
Tell him I said no- Go!"
The king was so angry he said to his guards
"Take her, I don't like her- she's mean!"
And from all of the maidens that shushan town had

the part "how does he think he is able" is from a different song. this song is just the first stanza and the last 2.
the 2nd stanza starts off - go tell my husband to jump in the lake, such outright chutzpah I will not take, let him wait gezunta hait..... and it's from the purim story tape.

LOL That's what I was thinking. Thanks for including it though, brought back good memories - that's the tape I listened to every year growing up. hmmm I think I'll pull it out for my kids _________________ Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.

Haha. I wouldn't know. I never heard any tapes. I just know what we sang in our play all those years ago.
