I find the best therapy for a stressful day/situation/etc. is to watch the following clip. Relax your muscles and think of how HKBH is in control of EVERYTHING good and bad and He only wants the best for us and for us to depend on Him. It does help to know the lyrics but either way it's imho one of the best therapies.
