| I have a package of ground veal and would like to make it into burgers...what else should I add to the mixture? TIA

Depending on how lean it is, you might want to add some fat to it to keep it moist.
I would probably season it with some garlic powder and black pepper. Maybe even some oregano. Egg and matzah meal to hold it together.
A couple of weeks ago I made burgers and a I sauteed fresh mushrooms and onions and topped the burger with it. It was SO yummy. _________________

| I add eggs, bread crumbs, spices, a nice squirt of ketchup, a small squirt of mustard and onions chopped in the food processor.

fresh garlic, coarse salt... not much else is needed. veal is so delicious and moist on its own. _________________ Really Awesome Mom!
