I dont remember if its in the 1st on or in the entertains but does anyone have the recipe for the fried wontons (its in the appetizer section)? and doesnt mid posting the recipe
I wanted to make them for the second shabbos chanukah

Won ton wrapped chicken with apricot dipping sauce:
Marinated chicken:
3 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp dry sherry
2 tsp cornstarch
6 tbl veg. oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 32 1-inch squares
Combine everything and mix in chicken squares, marinate 8 hours or overnight
To assemble:
Lay wonton wrappers in a single layer. Place one square of chicken in the center. Dab small amnt of marinade in each corner, fold won ton over chicken by bringing each of the corners to the center of the square, overlapping slightly.
To fry: Heat 2 cups peanut oil. Cook for approx. 2 minutes each side.
Apricot dipping sauce:
12 ounces apricot preserves
4 tsp yellow mustard
4 tbl teriyaki sauce
