Easy Recipe for Salmon fish

I'm looking for a good, quick n easy recipe for baked salmon,
I don't like when fish tastes fishy.. does anyone have a recipe that gets rid of that fishy taste?

Try this, it's quick and easy, and it eliminates the fishy taste:

1. lay the fish pieces out on a pan at least 2 inches deep
2. cover all the fish with lemon juice (you can also use orange juice if that's what you have) making sure that there's at least a small amount of liquid in the pan after it runs off the fish
3. either drizzle all the fish with italian salad dressing-or-sprinkle liberally with garlic powder (the key to removing fishiness) and a smidgen of black pepper
4. bake uncovered @ 350 deg. for 25-30min (watch the color--it should start turning a little darker at the edges when it's ready, but not too dark all over, or it will be too dry)
5. can be served hot or cold(maybe with mayo or other dressing on the side for dipping)

LOL! this is really yummy

soak fish in tariyaki sauce for at least an hour

broil 20 minutes

its really easy and really good! Smile

Esay too - can't promise it won't taste "fishy":

I put the salmon pieces on a tray that fits in my toaster oven. Spray it with Pam or use bits of margarine dabbed on top. Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder & bake till brown - YUM!

This is really easy:
Put salmon in a pan. Pour duck sauce over it to cover. Bake 400 for 10 minute for inch of thickness of fish. Taste delicious. Almost buttery. Not at all fishy.

this is really easy and delicious.
mix olive oil, galic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika.
pour over fish

bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered then uncover for 15 minutes

then to take the fish smell away from your oven and kitchen put some cinninmon and a little water in a pan and put it in your oven at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes

I put a bunch of onions cut into small pcs at the bottom of a tin. (takes away a bunch of the fishy taste)Then, I put a bit of lemon juice and water and spices on the fish and bake for an hour covered at 350 F. Uncover and broil for 5 minutes for well done taste.

mix honey and soy sauce in equal amount - a few tbsp for 5-6 pcs, then broil until the inside is flaky (not hard and red). if you want don't put on all the sauce and add the rest after a few minutes - very easy and really good!

This is a quick and easy recipe which I love to make when I don't have too much time to patchkeh:
This recipe is for 2-3 salmon fillet or slices, the more salmon you use the more tomato sauce and peas and carrots you use:

In a small baking dish (I usually use the size that 1/2 of 9 x 13 deep for 2 slices) you pour in a can of Peas and Carrots. (drain before)
coat fish with mayonnaise and put on top of P & C. Pour on top an 8oz can of tomato sauce. Cover and bake for about 1 1/2 hours and uncover for 1/2 hour more. Enjoy!!
My husband likes to eat it with a roll because of the sauce!!

Sounds yummy, try this:

1/2 C Terrioki Sauce (w/ or w/o sesame)
1/3 C Honey
2 Tsp Oil
1/4 Tsp Ginger
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp Garlic
6-7 Pieces of Sliced Salmon

Mix all ing. together and you can either bake (40-60 min) or broil (10-15 min).

For best results, let your salmon "soak" a little in the "dressing" b4 baking/broiling it.

Enjoy!!

This is how I make salmon. It is really quick and easy.

Place salmon in greased pan. Pour lemon juice over salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. (you're supposed to put sliced onions on top which I never do).
Bake covered for 30-45 min.

Here's a real easy one and the fish always comes out soft and buttery tasting.

Pour duck sauce over salmon. Bake at 450, 10 minutes for each inch of thickness (of the fish).
