| I don't know what their hours are, but it is s.o.p. in Crown Heights to have unusual, inaccessible hours of operation. Most of the stores on Kingston are open from sometime after 11 am until sometime before 8 pm. I have no idea how they make any $$ that way. That said, I'm sure you could probably make an appointment with someone at ten yad if you can't make their hours. (sorry for the rant!)

From what I hear, they're impossible to get hold of & impossible to deal with. But obviously some people are successful.

They are a wonderful organization and you just have to keep trying. If you want their help, its not their responsibility to call you back, you have to get hold of them, and listen to the message and call at the times they tell you.

I had a great experience with them, they really acomadated me since I'm from oot, and my mom and I had 24 hours in NY to
find a gown
buy a sheitel
go to my L'chaim
they were great!
