Has anyone heard of the 'Canadian Military Workout'?
My husband heard about it from a 5oyear old Rabbi that has been doing it for years and is in great shape. The workout is supposed to be under twenty minutes. My dh can not find any information about it on line and really wants to do it.

This sounds like "Soldiers of Fitness", which a friend of mine did and said was amazing. Here's a link to their website. Basically you sign up for, I think, 4 weeks. You attend a session every single day (except the weekends, I think) for 4 weeks (1.5 hour sessions each day). By the end of the month, people have lost anywhere from 10-30 pounds. It's INTENSE. My friend said she had never ever been in better shape in her entire life.

We have the canadian airforce workout book. I'll have to dig it out to get the exact name. It was 20 per day and really great.

When my husband is in his exercising mode, he does that too - you can find it online - google canadian airforce workout or something like that and print it out. There's a separate one for women as well. I think it's officially called XBH or XBX or something like that.
