Motzai shabbos sheva berachos, any ideas?

hi, im making a sheva berachos on motzaai shabbos. any ideas what to serve? I would like it to be pareve or milchigs

do you have a parve crockpot? if you do you can make a big soup- like vegi or french onion and make a soup bar with all diff kids of topping, croutons, cheese, crackers....
I would make a few big salads (greek, israeli, corn, avacado..) ziti, eggplant parm. quiche, tuna and egg salad, chips and dips... and have a big bowl of diff breads and bagels.

A pasta bar with 2 or 3 different sauces (which you can make Thursday or Friday), garlic bread, salad bar with different toppings (croutons, cheese, etc) and dressings and then an ice cream sundae bar...

I cant really do n e bars cuz I dont have room in my house so everything has to b on the tables

depending on how many people.... I think the easiest thing is to do a buffet style.

2 hot dishes ( baked ziti and any other pasta)
3 salads
garlic bread
something with potatos...

on another table you could have more dessert type food
cake, candy, cookies, nosh...

For my sister's Motzai Shabbos sheva brachos (which was made by her chosson's friends) they had good ol' PIZZA!

for our motzai shabbos sheva berachos my mom made us a big pizza party and we invited all our fiends nothing formal just fun hey I was wearing a snood all of dh friends wants a sheva berachos like that when their time comes bec it was just a blast .

Sorry for hijacking the thread. I'm also making a motzei shabbos event soon. I love the idea of a pasta bar. Any ideas for sauces that I can make on Thursday? I thought of pene ala vodka. Now I need 1-2 more ideas (and recipes please)

Also I live in Israel so I need recipes with ingredients that I can get here.

Basic marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, mushroom and cream sauce... these can all be made in advance and then reheated.
