Where can I find a legal, website disclaimer for a website thats running a raffle for an organization. that "this is not for a site related to gambling... "
perhaps someone can help me with wording?

With the disclaimer that I'm an attorney ... you should really consult an attorney in order to ensure that you're not running afoul of applicable laws relating to illegal lotteries.

is it illegal or considered a type of gambling site if visiters buy tickets to enter a DRAWING? There is no gambling or bidding on this site! why is that different than any of these Chinese auction websites?

no legal disclaimer there! I just checked another 2 Chinese auction websites & none of them had a disclaimer on it!
