If you're looking for fancy, I must say, Janie and Jack has the most beautiful hats this season. Here's the link for the girls, but check out the boys!!! They are stunning!

For more casual, I'm a big fan of the hats that baby gap is carrying this season. The colors are adorable and the patterns are nice too. But I'm not really sure what you're looking for...

| I have that slouchy pom pom hat from gap for my dd. they are pretty big though. the 2-3 size fits my 5 year old. old navy always has fleece ones with matching mittens. you could also try gymboree. sometimes they have cute ones.

| I meant the nice cap looking ones with the ear flaps that velcro, snap or tie under the chin.

old navy. they might not have them until later in the fall though. gapusually has some kind of hat that velcro/ties/fastens somehow under the chin. unless you look on ebay though, the winter clothing season hasn't started yet. you might be able to find something now in lands end, ll bean or columbia kids though. those are all pretty winter oriented and usually attractive too.

try googling victorian hats, or old fashioned bonnets. there are many sites out there who carry them..
