Both Hurricanes Clarissa and Cassandra were fictionalized hurricanes. Clarissa in Jurassic Park: The Lost World, Cassandra on an episode of the Pretender. They were real ones, too.

I always wanted a hurricane named after me, but the my husband would have to be the one to discover it first. I actually read that when people discover a hurricane or a star or comet, by default it is named after their mother (not everyone has a wife) and most of the time it sticks.
