We have so many books, accessories, clothes, shoes, anything that you can imagine...that we don't need! And I hate clutter! What would you do with it? Basicly our options are garage sale or ebay...
Suggestions?

books, I used to give to my parents house and my sister sold one of the books on ebay and didn't give me the profit  . (It was fine with me.) Now, I gave all my books to another woman who speaks english and hopefully she's passing it along to other english speaking pple.
clothing, I used to give some (nice shabbos dressed that I made) to my niece, but since I don't live near them anymore, I give everything to tzedaka.
shoes, if it was in good condition and it's for a boy, I keep it because I have other boys. My dd's shoes that are in good condition, I give for tzedaka. I throw out all junk.
It depends what you mean by accesories.
I also hate clutter.

Have you tried Craigslist.com
It is local so you can post your items and it is free to post.
