On Monday, YWN met in person with Rav Shmuel
Eliyahu, the chief rabbi of Tzfas and son of Rav Mordechai Shlita.
Rav Shmuel told this reporter that his father
Shlita is indeed continuing to recover, and does
communicate with those around him. He is gaining
strength and capable of movement.
[I understand that he is still on a life-support respirator - YD]
The tzibur is requested to continue davening for his total recovery,
Mordechai Tzemach ben Mazel Tov.

Mercaz HaRav Victims [from Mercaz's Hebrew
website, updated at the end of Sivan [around 3 weeks ago]:
The critically-injured 15-year-old shooting
victim of the Mercaz HaRav Yeshiva terrorist
attack in March is currently doing well. Naftali
ben Gila Rachel is still recuperating from his
wounds at a rehabilitation center.
Please continue to pray for NAFTALI ben GILA RACHEL.
Another victim, NADAV ELIYAHU ben HADASSA,
has been reported to have made some visits to the
yeshiva, but is still in rehab as well, so please continue your prayers.

which was last updated about a month ago, we find the following:
Thank G-D we have seen miracles literally each
and every day in the significant progress of the
health of the Rosh Yeshiva, Shlita. He's going
through many treatments of chemotherapy and other
medical procedures. Thank G-d the doctors are
very optimistic and even amazed at his progress.
Today the doctors are even optimistic for a chance of a full recovery.
This is the time we should step up our prayers to
Hashem, so that he sends a complete refuah
shelamah for our Rebbe, our Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Yisroel Noach ben Hinda.
