any can recommend a cheap internet connection, I pay now for aol dial up..

I guess it depends where you live.

If you're in the U SA you can go to www.lowermybills.com and see what they offer, or you can type into google : internet connections and then your zip code and see what comes up.

If they offer in your area www.dslextreme.com. I have been with them for over a year and love them. $16 a month for DSL.
