YUM - O.
I'm in heaven just reading this...I'm really surprised by how fancy you all get with dinners.
Am I the only one who comes home and just kinda tosses stuff together? Thank god my husband doesn't get a peek at this. He thinks I'm awesome because I tell him I am, and (supper-wise) he doesn't know better.
That potatoe cheese thing sounds awesome. _________________ "Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving." ~~ Albert Einstein

Asparagus and Sundried Tomato pasta:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch asparagus
1 onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 sundried tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon basil
salt and pepper
parmesian cheese
Whatever pasta you like
Sautee the onion and garlic, add chopped asparagus, cook until soft. Add the sundried tomatoes and basil. Add salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta to asparagus mixture.
Top with parmesian cheese if desired.
I made this up last night because I was in the moode for pasta and needed to get rid of some asparagus. It was delicious! It tasted like a fancy restaurant dish!
