| |
I have a bugaboo carriage and used to have a cheap stroller that we bought for traveling, but it was poor quality and broke already, with minimal use. So I need a new travel stroller. I prefer it should be light, fold small, recline nicely (if not flat then almost flat, not like those that only recline a drop), have at least some sort of basket, (not sure right now what else I am looking for).
I need suggestions as to which are good, for a decent price, since doing an online search without specific models in mind comes up with too much and I am so confused already.
I did find these:
http://www.amazon.com/Evenflo-.....amp;sr=1-1
http://www.amazon.com/Chicco-C.....mp;sr=1-15
http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2640528
Does anyone know if any of these are worth anything?
Any other suggestions?
I would prefer if you can give a suggestion based on experience.
TIA

get a Maclaren. A little more expensive but won't break.
Triumph doesn't recline flat (none of the really lightweight ones do, I think) but it is 3 position. The Quest is a little heavier. I'd go to a store and play with them, see which suits you.
I'm also in the same position as we're moving to the suburbs and I'll need a 'car' stroller.

I went to the store to buy a Chicco and came home with a Maclaren, 5 years later it's still going strong, only problem is it's hard to get really clean.
It's light, folds really easy and has a strap to put on shoulder when needed. I find it very smooth and goes right over all bumps despite the small wheels. I found the cheap strollers annoying when they get stuck on every bump on the sidewalk.

| I got an Inglesina swift a couple of years ago. it's half the price of a Maclaren and very similar and good quality.

Mclarens are worth it. They are strong and compact. I have a Graco iso which I love.It was about $75. _________________ Sunday social program forming in Brooklyn for children with social delays. Pm me for more info

I also got a Graco for $75. It has a huge basket. the recline is not great but it was enough for us. It has survived 2 years of really intense beatings (every day use on really uneven terrain and lots of in and out of the car) and so far it has lasted.
What I like about my Graco is now I leave it in my car trunk and when I have the 2 year old with me he can sit in it and when I have the infant I just snap in the carseat. This way I have a light weight carriage - snap 'n go combo.
