Cinnamon sour cream coffee cake(yummy)

2 eggs 1 1/2 stick butter
1 c sugar 1 c sour cream
2 cups flour 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

topping- 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup cinnamon chips (can be bought at peppermill)

Preheat oven to 325. Spray a bundt pan with oil. In mixer cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream. Mix briefly after each addition. In sperate bowl mix topping. Sprinkle 1/4 of tipping into pan, andd half batter, half cup of topping, rest of batter and then rest of topping. bake 45-50 minutes.

Then can you give me a cake that I can substitute apple sauce for the butter or one without, can't have fat...

There isn't really such a thing as diet cheesecake. Cheesecake just comes with all these fatty things.
