Hello everybody,
I'm inquiring about a double stroller, I'm expecting my second any day now, and can't decide about which double stoller to get, they all look like a piece of klutz, I don't think there's a big choice out there, but I'd like to hear peoples opinions. I've seen a koolstra on the street which looked pretty narrow and comfortable, but can't find any info about it online. Anyone knows anything about that one????

havent heard of it.
what kind do u want, one that wheels easily? do u have room to store the big klutz? do u have a price range? u want side by side or front and back. what do u need it most for? when I got a double I didnt plan on using it much and had no room so I got the perego aria which folds tiny but so hard to wheel _________________ Sunday social program forming in Brooklyn for children with social delays. looking for something that would be the easiest to stroll. Price makes no difference at this point, as long as I'll be comfortable. I'm on the street daily, so I really need something comfotable.
The correct name for the other stroller was Koelsta flexxo but it seems like it's from Europe. ANyone knows if they're available in NY? This is the link to that carriage.

The Koelstra is a european brand, and they're not sold in the US. If you saw someone wheeling it, they had it brought over, most likely from Belgium.
They're not cheap, they're narrow, extremely easy to push and look nice...
Any other info, I'll be happy to give you, just ask me.

Not sure if u need info anymore. The Koelstra can now be bought in US I saw ad in Binah magazine. call 347 243 3167. Says limited quantities.
I have the Mountain Buggy, bought it 2 yrs ago after I had my second. I am very happy with it, easy to push, although bulky to fold, it takes up almost the entire trunk of a car. I chose it over the Bbay Jogger b/c found it easier to push. I do alot of walking so it's good. though more expensive than the Baby Jogger.
You might be interested in the Baby Jogger Mini, which is relativley new has good features, side by side & each side fully reclines, but is narrower & more compact than MountianBuggy, Valco or even regular baby Jogger.
I found it best to go to a store that has them on display & try...
Good Luck, with whatever u go wtith.

Now that our babies are in regular carseats and we don't have the snap 'n go, I've been thinking of the aria twin for a car stroller. What didn't you like about it?

its flimsy. parts of it fell off and I never got round to replacing them. otherwise it is ok. it folds nice and small, which is a big plus if you need to put it in a car. havent tried to many others so I can't compare.

Aria is pretty expensive, and doesn't fold as compactly as an umbrella stroller/trifold...harder to push with just 2 sets of wheels (rather than 3). Yes, it's lightweight, but not sure it's worth the money for a car stroller... _________________ http://a-natural-birth.com
