12 0z. (1 1/2 tubs) Tofutti cream cheese
6 T. sugar
3 T. non-dairy creamer
3 egg yolks
1 graham cracker crust
Pie filling of your choice
Preheat oven to 350. Beat c.c, sugar, creamer and yolks until creamy. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 45 min or until center is set. Allow to cool. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate.
Dh and I polished off an entire one on Shabbos!

I'm trying this with milk and real cc. Should be yum! I'm going to try marbleizing it with Dulche de leche or make a choc. mousse to put on top.

Whats dulche de leche? |
It´s some sort of caramel. There is also arequipe, which is way more sweet than dulce de leche.... Arequipe from the ALPINA brand is certified kosher even though it doesn´t carry a hechsher. It´s made in Colombia (and delish).
