embarassing question, but those kids' rubber rain boots that everyone is wearing, u know thw cute ones with the designs, r they meant to be worn in place of shoes or with the shoes?

thank goodness. I sent my son to school without shoes and my mom was horrified and she told me you're supposed to wear them with shoes and I was thinking omg, im a horrible mom, etc.
so now im feeling much better.
whew.

On the topic... does anyone know where I can find such boots now? I guess they only sell them early in the spring, and now no one carries them!

Target. I bought my dd cute kitty ones for 14.99

You can even order online at Target.com, I just got a pair for myself , my 13 yr. old and 2 pairs for my friend's kids. Beware of the adult sizes, though, they run BIG. As per costumer reviews, I ordered a size smaller than I normally wear , and they fit perfectly with thick socks.

I second target... got dd a pair that was adorable. and actually just got ds a pair last week in century 21, theyre supposed to look like fireman boots and hes in heaven

dd has ben through 3 pairs already, since they came into fashion. bh they're available easily and cheaply!

I got around 1 month ago from children's place online. They are sso cute and my daughter locves them. I paid only around 7 dollars-- got them on sale-- I dont know if they have them anymore.
