Pretty much anything with chocolate...or caramel...or peanut butter...or really any flavor ice cream. Especially Ben and Jerry's and Haagen Dazs. Can you tell that I love ice cream? Laughing

Cookies and cream, chocolate chip cookie dough... I like stuff in my ice cream because of the contrasting textures.

Confession: I am a shameless digger, and my husband hates it! He makes me eat a certain about of "plain" ice cream before I'm allowed to have the cookies, cookie dough bit, or whatever it happens to be.

My family has strict rules against digging. My mother used to buy 2 pints for the 6 of us occassionally as a treat. Instead of getting extra dishes dirty, she used to pass out spoons and we'd just pass the containers around. Anyone caught "digging" would lose his/her next turn. We take our ice cream very seriously. Laughing

I have to reconcile my tendencies toward digging with my need for the top of the ice cream (or sorbet or butter or anything) to be smooth. I hate when there are craters. But sometimes - ok, often - digging wins out.

Just great, I go from a thread on mayo to ice cream Im gaining weight just by typing. Im an ex ice cream junky im now in recovery. But I fell off the wagon when I had Baskin Robbins Love Potion #31, yum

Haagen Dazs coffee mocha chip, which I haven't touched in YEARS, because I have no self control, and once I get started, I wouldn't stop until the entire pint is gone.

BTW, Edie's lite ice cream is so YUM and creamy, and low fat .

Also Skinny Cow makes a pretty decent ice cream cone at only 150 cal. and 3 gr. fat.
