Banging head for once I have a recipe I really want to make (actually this happened before) and of course I lose my magazine. I didn't even get to read it yet. Of course the bunch part hasn't gotten lost but the bina can't be found at all.

I really want to try to make this so if you happen to have time (ha ha ha) and don't mind posting it's the hazelnut crusted schnitzel with onion mayonnaise.

Sorry its taken so long!

4 pieces chicken
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 c ground filberts
2 tbsp olive oil

dressing: 2 purple onions
1 c mayo

mix eggs and spices in bowl. marinate chicken in egg mixture for minimum of 2 hours in fridge.
Heat oil in pan. place chicken on plate with filberts, coat. fry until halfway done, turn over and coook other side. when fully cooked drain on paper towel.
Slice purple onions into rings, lay flat in roasting pan and sprinkle with olive oil. roast for 15 mins at 400 degrees . cool.
in food processor, combine onions and mayo and blend.
