I'll be in Tzfat for Pessach. Plan to stay in the north for the whole chol hamoed.
So far on my list to visit are:
Rosh Pina - heard there is a 19th century street with gallery shopping
Tveriya - visit the kennert and a few kvarim
Rosh Hanikra - caves carved by the sea
Acre/Akko -underground crusade era knights hall/ old prision

Anyone have anything to add to that?

When you go to Acco, my suggestion would be to hook up with a tour because otherwise, it's really not as interesting.
You can take nature hikes
Go to Kalat Namrud, fabulous fortress on the way up to the Chermon

You can check this site out http://www.pnay.co.il/map/ for attractions

IMO Tzfat Candles is quite worthwhile, aside from the cemetary in Tzfat, of course.
The attractiosn you mentioned are all nice ideas.

Naharia is a lovely little city close to Akko...It looks like a Riviera town...However, I don't know if there are good kosher restaurants there (I imagine some have good hecksherim)...I'd say since you are in Akko anyway, drop by Naharia for a nice stroll

We just spent 4 days in Rosh Pina in a tzimmer. It is beautiful. Our son had his BM aliya in the old shul there. There is only a minyan there on Shabbos but you could probably speak to Rabbi Berkowitz of the shul to see it on a week day. They may even have davening all chol hamoed. The only problem is Rosh Pina is on a very steep hill and the tzimmerim suitable for religious are at the bottom and the shul is at the top. A walk up on Shabbos is serious excersize. I can give you the num,ber of frum tzimmerim and the Rav if you want it.

Nahariya has a a new religious vaction village. They probably have kosher food available. I don't know the regular hechsher there as I know about it from organized tours that bring their own mashgiach. There used to be nothing kosher there.

If you take a driver from Tzfat to Rosh HaNikra you can stop at many rarely visited kevrei tzaddikim on the North road. I can also give you a very reliable frum driver as we did all this just last week.

In Tiveria there are keverot, separate swimming and real warm weather, We went for boating.

There is slightly further the Hermon w/o snow already, Gamla, Nimrod (already mentioned) and the other side of the Kinneret.

If you want to see a lot you would have to rent a car or a driver. From Tzfat to REosh Pina is around 15 min. Another 1/2 hour to Tiveria. From Tzfat to Rosh HaNikra is a longer drive.
