Rambam books...anyone read them?

I am interested in purchasing a book of Rambam-dietary guidelines. does anyone own one/read one. would you recomend it and can u help me locate it....like who is the auther of the enlish version ofthe book and ISBN number or something or even a link online were ican purchase it...

I like it alot.
there is a lot of very good information in there.

we also have tapes by RABBI Rietti,
on health...and based on the teachings of the Rambam.
they are excellent.

we try our best to follow what he teaches.

I actually came across the book in only one online book store and was debating weather to purchase itor not. it is pricy, but since u give me a positive on it I will go ahead and order it. I am very interested to learn more about natural cures. thanks alot.
