Crown Heights Apartment!!

That's where I was - Lefferts b/w ny and Nostrand. I loved it. We were so far from 770 that we felt like out-of-towners - and the building had a great community atmosphere. It was near my in-laws, near BR, not too far from the shuk . . .and CHEAP

whoever was looking for a 3 bedroom--tonight by Simchas Beis Hashoeva I saw a sign hanging across from Kol Tuv by Mont/King for a 3 BR for rent.

didn't have a pen for the number, but FYI.

I think it's a nice location there...you're near the library and subway and BR Lefferts Avenue. And the people tend to band together a little more, the farther from Kingston you go.

The blocks far away from Kingston have their own support after childbirth, block shiurim....you call that "gangs"?

Yup, spoke with my husband about that sign hanging by kol tuv ... he says it's the apartment that's going for $1850. So yup, you're all correct.

I live in the President/Utica area and love it. I know of at least one small 2 bedroom (1/2 of full floor) available in this area. Hardly much living space though!
