seller hasn't given it back to ch.kadisha yet and neither (2 my knowledge) has the chevra kadisha made contact with the man.
PLUS- now that hte ebay listing is down, it will be even harder to get hold of the man. only way would be via eBay knowing the seller's name.

queen... I reported the issue to ebay 
in as much as youre in touch with them, you can still go back and get the name of the vender,, at which point, one can easily find out his real ID.....

also, even if bidding is over,,,, if you click on the original auction, and scroll alllllllllllllllllllllllll the way down, you can still see the auction.
