| I like to slice up the skirt steack into thin strips, and make sort of a stirfry. Make some rice, and steam some broccoli. Then saute a lot of onion in a pan and when it's tranluscent, add some stirfry or terriyake sauce and the slices of skirt steak. The steak will cook really fast. make a bed or rice, layer with broccoli and top with the steack/onion mixture. Sooo yummy!
