1/2 c. oil
1/8 cup vinegar (any except I find balsamic a bit too strong for this dressing)
small spoonful of dijon mustard
some salt and Italian seasonings
a generous portion of dill

| oil, vinegar, chopped onions, crushed garlic, basil, salt and pepper. or switch basil for oregano and mustard powder. I do this on plain tomatoes - yum.
