amother bec. just newly pregnant - and getting excited abt buying stuff already...I was wondering if anyone has a Stoke stroller - it's the same price as the bugaboo camelion - and what I like abt it is that your child sits up close to you - check it out - http://www.stokkeusa.com/xplorydemo.htm - and it's also convenient and practical - just a bit pricey though. Does anyoe know of any other strollers that's adjustable so that your child can be elevated to your level?

I saw that stroller in the store and thought it looked like a spaceship. Do you know anything about how it steers or pushes?
Supposedly it's good for people who take the subway a lot.

Why do you need the child up close?

I looked at the link, and based on that, I would say taht the wheels on teh bugaboo seem much better for pushing smoothly. You should go try out the stokke before u buy it.
Also, if u say that its the same price as bugaboo, I believe that the bugaboo comes with the infant bassinet included in teh price. With the stokke, u have to pay for it seperately.
hope this helps somewhat!

yikes........this is the weirdest looking stroller I've ever seen! I would kind of be embarassed to be seen in public with it. but if you like it go for it. it's a little ridiculous looking though.

To me this is a really weird and ugly thing (and the price!!!), but then again, I always thought that of the bugaboo and now all the fancy ladies have it.

I saw one today and it seemed kind of wobbly - the baby was in an infant seat clicked on the stokke wheels, and the infant seat was like almost swaying in the wind. The wheels didnt look too great either - but then again I was just passing it on the sidewalk, not pushing it!

I still love the feature of the child being close to you and not having to bend to see or talk to your child...I do hope they improve design by the time I have my baby (that gives them 9 months!) and come out with some more neutral light colors.

I saw one last week, a friend of my sisters has it. I loved it when I saw it online, but now, I love it even more...I read some reviews online, and they seem pretty positive, the people who have it seem happy with it.

I happen to love the colors, they're so cheerful. I saw the turquoise one, it was really striking!
I'm definitely looking into it - the price is way up there, but if I can get my mom and MIL to sponsor some of it, then, I'll be able to afford it...

it didn't seem wobbly at all when I saw it. she had the bassinet on. and I read in the reviews that it's surprisingly stable, and not shaky. anyway, this stroller is def not for everyone, some people are just a bit more old fashionned....

I actually like strolers that look different, but one big con for me is that there is really no place for an another child to hold on to. Especially if its high up. Not ideal.

What I don't like about this stroller is that it deosn't look very well made, it's a lot of plastic. It's possible that the plastic is covering metal hardware. I don't know but it seems like since it's plastic it won't wear well. At least the bugaboo has a metal frame.

I heard its hard to steer , I've never tried it myself. It looks like it belongs in space, its interesting.
I like the idea of the baby being up high though but like Chaylizi said the UppaBaby Vista is also high.

I really really don't like the look of it. Looks like some type of weird invention.

it's been described as the jetson's baby stroller. (for anyone who knows what that is)

what is jetson?

it looks hard to travel with, how do you fold that?

the first time I saw it was on yomtov and the couple was dressed realy nice and the stroller just didn't fit in the picture, it looked silly.
