I'm looking for a warm school, where kids love Torah and yiddishkeit, have great relationships with their rebbes and each other, and a positive yeshiva experience. a place that builds self esteem
(hashkafa aside...)
in brooklyn.
What do you think of Tores Emes?

I don't know enough about Toras Emes to say if it meets you criteria, but have you looked into Torah V'Daas or Chofetz Chaim Tiferes Yisroel? Both hard to get into, but seem like good fits for what you've described.
