I cant look at this meat any longer....
I made cholent once for guests, I dont eat at home shabbos day,
what can I do with it?
supper ideas?
maybe stew?
(recipe for 2 or 4 pple)

I was gonna suggest that-it's great with mushroom barley soup or cabbage soup.

or a goulash type stew. mixed veg (frozen carrots, peas, corn, beans), some cubed potato and meat. spice with salt, pepper, onion, paprika and soy sauce and let cook till its all soft.

Saute the meat on a low flame for about 15 minutes, stirring while sauteeing.

Mix 1/3 cup orange juice w/ 2 Tablespoons soy sauce and 2 teaspoons flour (a little hot water to dissolve the flour).

Add the liquid and a bit more juice and water. Add frozen veggies. Bring to a boil and let simmer (covered) until meat is tender.

Serve on a bed of rice.

I actually used this recipe for chicken, but I think it should work for beef as well.
