Website experts- do you know the answer to this?

I have a wordpress site with quite a bit of functionality that was built by someone a while back.
I would like to make a new landing page, without having to pay through the nose as if creating a new site.
I know that there are some do it yourself sites like weebly or wix.

So the question is:
Can I create a page on one of those sites and attach it to be the landing page of my wordpress site?
If yes... some easy to follow tips on this?

Sure... you tube has a lot of tutorials on this.. Try Ipage for starters

Why don't you just make the page on wordpress? Making a page on Wordpress is similar to just making a nice page on Word. Fonts, colors, size, pictures... You don't know those other sites anyway, so why not just try it on wordpress.
