Hi all - We are planning on being in Israel I"H over Chanukah. We want to do touring, but I am sure private tour guides are a fortune. I've heard of Artzeinu, but they are also a fortune (typical tour is $99/person). What is a cheaper way to see Israel? Also, I've seen Segway tours, but they seem to be over $100/person. Are there cheap but fun ways to see Israel? Thanks!!!

It's been a while, but I think Hoffman Tours is similar to Artzeinu but cheaper. Where specifically are you looking to go and tour?

Thank you! We are going to be in Israel in Dec., I"H. I'm not sure what we want to do. One of my daughters wants to do a segway tour of Jerusalem. Does anyone know of companies that do that? I googled, but I really am nervous about winding up with the wrong company and either having inappropriate guides or winding up in E. Jerusalem.
What are things to do/see that teenagers would like? And thanks for the info on Hoffman, I'll check them out.

What did you end up doing? Which tour? Do you recommend he tour or would it be cheaper renting a car/van and doing it yourself? how much was it?
