It's a nickname for Leah. It follows the "k" pattern that was popular in some parts of Europe. Think:
Voiky/Voiku for Devorah
Suki for Sara
Dinka for Dina
Chaykee for Chaya

Interestingly the Beider dictionary of traditional Ashky names hardly lists all those -I and -ki nicknames.
