I have little mini tarts and want to make mini mushroom onion quiches. Does anyone have a good recipe? thanks!

Mushroom Onion Quiche
16 oz. sliced, canned mushrooms (or fresh)
2 large sweet onions, diced
1 stick margarine
mushroom soup mix (optional)
garlic powder
pepper
3 eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons corn starch or potato starch
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
Saute onion in margarine until softened. Add mushrooms, and brown. Add seasonings. Cook, stirring, over medium flame for 1 minute.
In separate bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise, starch and onion soup mix. Add mushroom/onion mixture and mix well.
Pour into small round casserole and bake at 350-degrees for ½ hour to 45 minutes.
Optional: add cheese for milchigs

I want to make mini quiches as well. Would you bake them for less time than 30-45 minutes? Thanks

Yes, I think 20 minutes should be enough. If you're using a crust that isn't pre baked, though make sure to cook long enough to cook it (or pre bake it instead).
